To say that the color orange has had a rough go the past year and a half is an understatement. It’s been co-opted to portray a certain President-Elect in an unflattering way and with all of the unrest going on in the country right now, the last thing you want to do is trigger somebody – both good or bad – just because you want to wear orange sneakers. And I love orange sneakers, but I need something to restore my faith in humanity as well. Leave it to adidas to do just that.

As part of the adidas NMD Human Race collection, Pharrell has added another dimension to the already popular silhouette. Released earlier in the year, the NMD Human Race has been quite successful for the brand as finding a pair can be quite the task.
